DESİGN AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING:

The most important phase of Design and Development is the receiving the demands of the customers. The project of the field whose design wiII be made is made in the line of customers' demand and directions of the designers. This condition is absolutely necessary for the design of the garden which bestfits for the customers.

After the demands of the customers are taken, the present status of the land is determined. The determinations are as the following:

1 - Determination of Dominant Wind Direction

2- Determination of Bevel and Baka

3- Determination of Insolation Directi

4- Examination of General Surrounding of the Field

5- Examination of Existing Plantation

6- Preparing of the Project

7- Validating the Project Applied (Final Control and Delivery)

DESİGN-SCOPE and PHASES:

1 - Pre - interview and supervision: Determinations of demands and needs, taking of the land relieve examination of water, soil and land structure and preparing the offer of projecting with the preliminary report.

2- Etüde Projects: Preparing of the Offers

3- Projects of Details: İt includes Firm Soil application Projects, Plantation project with the Plantation list, Circulation, waterand limiting elements producing details.

4- Infrastructure Projects: Automatic Irrigation, drainage and illumination.

5- Final Footage and Application proposal.

APPLICATION:

After the projects whose designs have been finished, after the presentation for the customers □ve been finished and project has been decided to be implemented, phases of applications et started.

• Application: Application ofthefirm soil on the land.
• Production of Firm Soil: Pedestrian way, stairs, auto parking, decorative pool, bridge, pergola, terrace, fence ete. application.
• Production of Infrastructure: Irrigation, drainage and illuminating.
• Planting: Implanting and planting of the plant materials for the plantation project; furthermore, application of appropriate plantation design in firm soil areas.

Turf area facility: Following the completion of the implanting of the plants, land arrangement is done and turf area facility is completed.
